Shipping Addresses

- Residential Addresses: If your business operates out of a residence, it will be classified as a residential address and may incur residential delivery charges.
- Phone Number: Include a valid phone number when placing your order. This allows us to contact you regarding any issues with your shipment. Carriers often call ahead to confirm that someone will be available to accept the delivery. If they cannot reach you, they may not be able to complete the delivery.
Multiple Items
Orders may be shipped in multiple shipments as items become available, but you will not incur additional shipping fees.
Shipping Partners & General Delivery Time
We partner with reliable shipping providers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Amazon Logistics.
- Typically, we ship your order from the nearest warehouse to ensure prompt delivery.
- Customers can expect their items within 5-15 business days.
- However, we cannot guarantee that all products will be in stock at all times, and transfers may require additional time.
Delivery Time & Holiday Delivery
Our warehouses aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days.
- Most products are shipped from one of our warehouses in the U.S.
- Items shipped from the manufacturer may have varying delivery times, typical ranges from 1 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
- Ground shipping usually takes 7 to 10 business days. Please allow an additional day for delivery during holidays.
- Our warehouses observe the following holidays: Christmas, New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. Shipping companies may observe additional holidays.
Damaged/Missing/Lost Items - Common Carrier
If you receive an item that is damaged or if any packaging is missing, please follow these steps:
- Clearly note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Keep your copy of the delivery receipt.
- Contact us within 2 business days.
- Retain all damaged packaging materials for inspection.
- Take photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Lost Shipments
In rare cases where a shipment is lost, we prioritize locating your items and will collaborate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Dock checks with the carrier typically take 2-7 business days.
- If your shipment is found, we will continue with the delivery.
- If deemed lost, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
