Q: What’s the difference between 4" and 5" exhaust systems?
A: 4" – Better for mild/moderate tunes, retains some backpressure for low-end torque. 5" – Best for high-horsepower builds, maximizes flow for reduced EGTs and top-end power.
Q: Will a magnet stick to this pipe? Is it really stainless steel?
A: 5-inch turbo-back pipe uses T-409 stainless steel and is still magnetic. It offers excellent corrosion resistance while being more affordable than T-304.
Q: How thick is the pipe? How many years will it last?
A: 2mm thick T-409 stainless steel. Normally it will last for 5-8 years.
Q: Will this improve performance?
A: Yes! This DPF delete exhaust will lower your EGTs (exhaust gas temperatures), speed up the turbo spool, which in result gives you better fuel efficiency.
