Vehicle Fitment

Important: 2015 is a split year. Earlier 2011–2015 LML trucks use a different connection. Visually confirm the late-style 3-bolt connection before ordering.

Installation & Important Notes

This is a vehicle-specific bolt-on design with no cutting or drilling specified. Factory downpipe removal can be tight because of limited firewall and drivetrain clearance, so confirm alignment and surrounding clearance before final tightening.

• Use a fresh gasket rather than reusing the old sealing gasket.
• A 22 mm slotted O2 sensor socket is recommended for sensor removal instead of a standard open-end wrench.
• Apply penetrating oil such as PB Blaster to the sensor threads and flange hardware and allow it to soak for at least 30 minutes before removal, especially on trucks exposed to road salt or corrosion.
• Verify all sensor connections and check for leaks after installation.
• This is a catless configuration. A compatible diesel calibration is required for the referenced delete configuration to address CEL/DPF-related codes.
